How much do you charge?

First of all our initial meeting with you is free; the intention of which is to learn more about your business, establish our credibility with you and see if there is anything that we can help you with.

At that point we will agree a commercial rate with you. Typically, this is based on a rate appropriate to the service we are providing. Sometimes it may be a fixed fee for a given project. Our experience is that you can quickly recover our costs through the impact we make on the profitability and performance of your business.

Who are your services for?

Our target audience is managing director/owners of businesses, government and non-profit organizations with 10+ staff and/or a turnover in excess of $1,500,000 annually. Having said that, we do work with startup companies and have successfully raised funds for new ventures.

If my business is not there yet:

Can you help me with basic reportings and compliance since those are cul-de-sac from my business point of view?

Yes – under business incubator program. But for sure it is not cul-de-sac as you will obtain value added from the information shown by the reports.

Should I hire in-house function in my business rather than engage with a consultant?

If you already have or aiming to have in-house function for example – accounting manager, HR manager, etc. – it is great. We can work wither side by side or as a mentor for your managerial team. We are consultant not outsourcing company. However, secondment option (borrowing our team as your in-house for certain period) is available.
